The hotel was well located, with a tram close by that connected to the city center. Plus, the LED lights added a nice touch to the surroundings. The breakfast buffet was varied and tasty.

During my stay over Christmas, there was no festive atmosphere in the hotel, which was a bit disappointing. the room was not properly cleaned upon check-in, and it took some time to have housekeeping fix it.

We stayed at a modern, eco-friendly hotel located in the industrial park near Taihu Lake, with easy access to a big supermarket, restaurants, and Cold Spring Harbor China. the room had a fully equipped kitchenette, comfortable climate control, and a flat screen TV. the breakfast buffet had an impressive variety and was immaculate. the staff was friendly and very helpful.

The mattress was not supportive and caused a backache.

Convenient location in the tech park area, close to a big supermarket and food outlets. the staff was friendly and helpful when I needed assistance.

The breakfast offered limited options, and it didn't change daily which made it repetitive. the restaurant only offered a buffet for all meals, and there was no room service available.
